Description
The Agency is seeking to procure the services of a dynamic team of professionals to assist with delivery of the National Exercise Program (NEP) through program management; mission support standard operations; policy, document, and tool development; and exercise support for a program that challenges participants across the whole community to validate capabilities and improve our national preparedness. The contractor should be capable of guiding risk-based and data-driven national exercise initiatives by developing and supporting design and delivery of exercises responsive to emerging threats and reflective of the Nation s greatest risks and existing capabilities. This will require analytical skills to discern national and regional trends, subject matter expertise on existing and emerging threats, and a thorough understanding of HSEEP to guide exercise design and delivery.
