Overview
Description
To obtain security services for the Migrant Operation Center at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba Naval Base. The goal of the MOC is to provide a safe and secure living environment for migrants temporarily housed there. This requirement is a collaboration effort to accomplish the DHS/ICE and the Department of State/Population Refugees Migration (PRM) responsibilities as outlined in Executive Order 13276. Also, contractor must comply with Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) administrative regulations pertaining to migrants (currently identified as Naval Station Instruction 5500 1.B). Contractor personnel will be restricted to the base during the life of this contract and subject to the US Navy operational restrictions. Limited travel to and from the base is in effect. Extended stays are normal.
