Description
This procurement is designed to support the relevant operating divisions within CMS in their roles of registering, training, and reporting for Federally-facilitated Exchange (FFE) Agents and Brokers, Assisters (Navigators, Certified Application Counselors (CACs), Enrollment Assistance Personnel (EAP), "Other" category, and State-Based Exchanges using the Federal Platform (SBE- FP) Assister role, and Center for Program Integrity (CPI) Users and contractor groups. Some of the programs associated with this effort include the Marketplace Plan Management Group (MPMG), the Consumer Support Group (CSG), the Center for Program Integrity (CPI), andthe Information Technology (IT) systems that impact this work. The Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) is an already established IT investment hosted on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). This procurement will focusly largely on operations & maintenance of the system.
