Maintenance and Repair of HVAC Equipment at the Heavy Maintenance Facility (HMF) at Base Elizabeth City

This contract encompasses preventive maintenance and services (PMS) for all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the Heavy Maintenance Facility (HMF) located at U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City. The HMF is divided up between HMF #1, HMF #2, and HMF Machine Shop located at 1060 Consolidated Rd, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. The entire HMF accounts for approximately 230,151 Sq-Ft of depot level fixed wing hangar and shop space to support the U.S. Coast Guards Aviation Logistics Command (ALC) mission. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, maintain, and complete emergency repairs to the various HVAC equipment located at the HMF at Base Elizabeth City, NC.
