Description
The Long-Range Enterprise Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Activity (LEIA) TO is the follow-on to the ongoing Combatant Commands C5ISR - Pacific Operations (C3PO) TO. Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and its strategic partners require contractor services for a broad spectrum of multi-mission capabilities for programs with Command Control Communications Computers Cyber-Defense Combat Systems Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) related activities. A mix of both contractor and government ownership and operations may be leveraged to execute tasks supporting Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) operations technology innovations joint operational planning and technology environment solutions logistics Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) infrastructure management electromagnetic spectrum dominance and security cooperation. The contractor shall leverage the latest technologies and best practices to continuously refresh capabilities and ensure platforms logistics and intelligence operations provide solutions to challenging problem sets. Flexible solutions are necessary for these diverse mission requirements to ensure full-spectrum dominance in all domains that include but are not limited to Land Sea Air Space and Information. This contract will provide operational synergy and support for SOCPAC its mission partners (such as SOCOM INDOPACOM USARPAC CENTCOM and NORTHCOM) and allies.
