Description
The Office of Information and Technology (OIT) of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seeks to acquire a software platform on a yearly licensing basis to develop IdeaScale s Intake application.
This procurement would be to provide a digital ready solution with minimal need for customization, to implement the functional and technical requirements of the Intake application of CBP. The software platform would be accessible by any CBP staff anytime and anywhere, whether by cloud, mobile phone, smart device or tablet, computer. The platform would provide a digital portal to collect ideas from CBP as an Enterprise.
IdeaScale is a software platform that is highly specialized and off-the-shelf catering to the specific needs of an Intake-type application as is required by CBP, with minimal need for customization, and fast time to delivery.
