Project Title: Replace MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker) with ELCB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) Scope of Work: Replace Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) with ELCB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) Repair electrical wires and systems damaged by Typhoon 2. Justification: Typhoon FAXAI in 2019 caused severe damage to electrical system and wires at wastewater treatment plant-A. Though temporary repairs have been conducted by the contractor, Nikken Sogyo, fundamental repair is required for the whole electrical systems and wires at plant-A. These parts are essential to operate sewage treatment plant-A.
