FEMA National Business Emergency Operations Center (NBEOC) Economic Data & Analysis

The Federal Emergency Management Agency s (FEMA) National Business Emergency Operation Center (NBEOC) recognizes that emergency managers require a baseline of pre- and post-disruption conditions and the all-hazards impacts of a disaster to the natural, social, and economic environments. The impacts of hazards along with the potential need for logistics to support administration and distribution of supplies, requires enhanced analysis of business capabilities and economic global environment. To facilitate the stabilization of community lifelines, close collaboration between FEMA NBEOC, other Federal agencies, and private sector leaders of business, industry, and infrastructure are necessary to protect citizens and rebuild communities. The Contractor shall maintain a qualified team with the proper skill mix and level of personnel resources to provide FEMA professional Geospatial Information Services to support the business and economic analysis needs of the NBEOC. Due to the nature of disaster response and reporting, this team will be available to NBEOC 24/7 during presidentially declared disasters. NBEOC initiatives are Agency-wide and have far-reaching implications for FEMA employees as well as the whole community.
