Description
The purpose of this contract is to conduct Facility Assessments across US Coast Guard units in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico utilizing a standardized approach and the BUILDER Sustainment Management System software. The contractor will validate real property and equipment information in the Coast Guard s Shore Asset Management (SAM) system which is based on Maximo COTS software and perform a comprehensive multi-discipline facility condition assessment for the buildings and structures at various sites throughout the Coast Guard s infrastructure portfolio and enter the assessment ratings into BUILDER. In addition, the contractor will train Coast Guard engineers on how to conduct facility assessments, including data entry into BUILDER and preparation of the assessment report. Contractor must be able to field enough assessment teams to conduct the assessments and provide draft and final reports for over 60 USCG sites (at least 8.3M SF of buildings/structures) within the one year performance period.
