Description
The contractor shall provide operations, maintenance, repairs and miscellaneous work at the United States Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office for Coastal Management (OCM). The OCM requires a single service provider who possesses appropriate industry standard skills and licensing levels to ensure that the Government facilities, systems, subsystems, equipment and assemblies are functionally and operationally available for the maximum sustained period. The level of maintenance and repair shall assure all facilities, structures, systems, subsystems and equipment are free of missing components or defects which would affect the safety or habitability of the facilities and structures or would prevent an electrical, mechanical, plumbing or structural system from functioning in accordance with design intent.
