The Contractor shall provide mediation services that meet the standards set by the ADR Act of 1996 as amended and the EEOC regulations set forth in 29 CFR Part 1614: EEOC MD-110 https://www.eeoc.gov/federal- sector/management-directive/management-directive-110, 29 CFR 1614.102 (b) (2); and any subsequent law, statue, regulation, executive order or directive; and in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Government Requirement. USCIS anticipates the work can be performed virtually.
