Criminal Alien Identification Initiative (CAII) Software Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services

The scope of this Software O&M effort is for the purpose of conducting corrective, adaptive, or perfective actions (to include enhancements) to the Criminal Alien Identification Initiative (CAII) application system, updates to the system documentation and limited enhancement of the systems, subsystems, databases and web services for the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) group of systems. The ERO group of systems include: Modernized Alien Criminal Response Information Management (ACRIMe) including the Communications Center ACRIMe Field ACRIMe National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Wants and Warrants Processing (WWP) External Search Services (ESS) NCIC Nlets Web Services (NNWS) Message Transfer Service (MTS)
