The scope of this Software O&M effort is for the purpose of conducting corrective, adaptive, or perfective actions (to include enhancements) to the Criminal Alien Identification Initiative (CAII) application system, updates to the system documentation and limited enhancement of the systems, subsystems, databases and web services for the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) group of systems.
