Core Data Support Services

The contract is the vehicle to obtain professional services and support products for OHSS to achieve the above objectives. OHSS administrative activities will tremendously increase the workload of the OHSS managers in tracking work and assigning priorities. The SOW describes IT support and services to establish effective and efficient office operations and services. This service will provide administrative and executive assistance to the OHSS executive and office managers. The scope of this work includes assisting with regular pre-meeting coordination, meeting facilitation, decision and tasking follow-ups for the post-meeting conclusion, documentation of standard operating procedures, providing logistics for hiring, post-hiring training, administrative processes, and evaluation. This will require leveraging improved or a new IT solution for assignment and tracking of tasks. Additionally, OHSS is tasked to expand its data statistics services and improve the quality and timeliness of the data produced. Successful service expansion and quality improvement require exploring technical tools to enable improved data management for data quality, data security, and data sharing with other government agencies and DHS Components. The scope of the work includes project management activities, strategic planning, priority alignment, procurement processes, technology adoption, and process improvement.
