Conference Show Services

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Chief of Contracting Office (COCO) will host the Biannual Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Industry Day on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 10:00AM to 12:00PM EST. The purpose of the event is to provide Industry updates on projected FY25 procurements. There will also be an opportunity for question and answers with CISA COCO Contracting Officers. Provide exhibit booth show services at various conferences, conventions, and trade shows through fiscal year 2025 for the Office of the Chief External Affairs Officer (OCAEO). The exhibit booth will either be 400 square feet (20 feet x 20 feet) or 600 square feet (20 feet x 30 feet) in size. Conference show services will include electrical, material handling, company identification signage, standard pipe-and-drape layout, rigging, cleaning and/or porter services, furniture, general illumination, internet, lead retrieval devices and/or licenses. The requirement includes exhibit crate shipping from the storage locations to the specific conference locations. The vendor will install and dismantle the exhibit booths, obtain show services (i.e., electricity, cleaning/porter services, rigging and lead retrievals) and provide return shipping to the storage location or subsequent conference locations.
