Coast Guard Cybersecurity Training Contract 5 year BPA

The purpose of this bulk purchase agreement is to deliver training in a manner that addresses specific emergent technical needs for Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), DOD Information Network (DODIN) Operations, and Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO). Training is provided to all CGCYBER Operations, Intelligence, A&A, CISA Detachment, and USCYBERCOM Detachment Branches. A single sourced training contract provides better contract performance oversight, training manageability, training quality, lower purchasing workload, and reduced price per course. Previously, USCG Cyber Command (CGCYBER) had multiple Simplified Acquisition Purchases and smaller contracts spread between the different branches in CGCYBER. The CGCYBER Training Contract absorbed those smaller contracts. All contract actions will be issued to provide sufficient detail to define the scope of the training requirements, the desired outcomes, and deliverables. The deliverables associated with the individual contract action will be delivery of training events courses, exams, annual maintenance fees, and associated support services such as project management and technical support for online courses and in-person trainings of varying duration. Contract actions may entail all or a subset of the training courses as required meeting the needs of the United States Coast Guard (USCG). The Contractor must deliver technical courses, exams, and annual maintenance fees required to meet operational standards at National-level organizations providing support to cyber security missions. The courses will be aligned to compliment ongoing Cyber Security technological initiatives within USCG Cyber Command.
