CBP Medical Screening Services (Bridge)

As a critical part of its mission, CBP must continuously provide medical screening services at various Border and Port of Entry (POE) locations to protect the health of individuals in CBP s custody seeking asylum, as well as the officers interacting with migrant populations. Depending on the operational tempo, the place of performance may be modified. Possible expansion locations are at the discretion of the Government. The contractor shall also be capable of expanding to other geographical locations within the United States, including areas along the Northern Border or U.S. Airports. Due to unforeseen protest filings at the time the new task order was awarded on Sep 28, 2022, pending any litigation and/or GAO decisions, CBP must complete a sole source action to its current contractor Loyal Source Government Services (LSGS), preventing any gap in medical screening services. This action will ensure CBP is able to provide medical screenings to individuals in its custody as ordered by the US Courts and as Congressionally mandated.
