Browning HVAC

The goal of this project is to perform mechanical upgrades (repair and replace) to the hospital HVAC system. The 1980 system components are compactly assembled within Penthouses and connected by custom ductwork rather than modern air handlers that are factory built, shipped in modules and assembled on site. Most mechanical systems requiring repair and replacement were originally placed in the 1980 construction. Preliminary analysis and design of certain systems and/or elements may be required. Mechanical systems include heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), steam generators and humidification and the Building Automation System (BAS).
