Description
The Office of People Analytics (OPA) Health and Resiliency Research (H&R) Division requires contractor services to support research on the behalf of stakeholders within the Department of Defense (DoD), including the Office of Force Resiliency (OFR,) to better understand factors that influence command climate and tools to mitigate said factors. This effort will use data collected from the Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) and other relevant DoD data sources to develop and validate a holistic, multi-level model of installation risk for self-directed harm and prohibited abuse and harm.
