Support the NOAA Ocean Exploration and Research (OER) at-sea exploration currently conducted on the NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer. These same activities are expected to transition to the NOAA Ship Discoverer once commissioned.NOAA plans strategic priorities to evolve ship operations.
