Description
The USMC Intelligence/Electronics Warfare Systems program is focused on enhancing the Marine Corps' intelligence capabilities by developing and integrating advanced technologies. This initiative aims to improve intelligence, reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition resources to provide decision-making advantages at operational speeds. It supports various intelligence processes, including sensing, analysis, and dissemination, with a particular emphasis on persistent ISR and intelligence utilization.

A key component of this program is the Intel Command and Control (C2) Systems project, which supports Marine Corps Intelligence capabilities within the weapons engagement zone. This project employs a range of systems from satellites to ground reconnaissance to provide critical information for operational planning. It also includes the Communication Emitter Sensing and Attacking System (CESAS), which disrupts enemy communications and enhances maritime domain awareness through electronic warfare.

The Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) project focuses on leveraging national reconnaissance systems to support Marine Corps operations against technologically advanced adversaries. TENCAP aims to integrate emerging technologies into the Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise (MCIEE) by conducting research, development, and technology demonstrations. This project seeks to address tactical intelligence capability gaps by delivering sustainable solutions through rapid technology integration.

These projects within the USMC Intelligence/Electronics Warfare Systems program are designed to enhance the Marine Corps' ability to operate in complex environments by providing advanced intelligence capabilities. Through collaboration with national agencies, research laboratories, and private industry, these initiatives aim to ensure that Marine Corps forces are equipped with the latest technologies for effective operational planning and execution.
