Description
Service Support to SPACECOM Activities under the Air Force's Research, Development, Test & Evaluation budget activity, aims to integrate space-based effects into the Department's 'Model of Record' for joint campaign analysis. This program seeks to enhance space modeling and simulation tools to enable informed decisions regarding U.S. Space Doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, Procedures, and Resource Decisions. It also focuses on conducting campaign-level analysis to quantify the operational impacts of adversary space actions on military campaigns and U.S. global operations. Additionally, the program supports research, development, testing, assessment, and evaluation of Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) options to advocate for requirements and capabilities supporting NAVWAR operations and joint resilient positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) for the Department of Defense.
Furthermore, Program 67A011: Space Analysis and Application Development integrates space-based effects into the Department's 'Model of Record' for joint campaign analysis. It aims to develop new models for space mission areas and modify existing models to portray new capabilities. The program focuses on integrating space capabilities into mission and campaign-level modeling and simulation tools to inform decisions regarding U.S. Space Doctrine and Resource Decisions. Additionally, it includes necessary civilian pay expenses required to manage, execute, and deliver weapon system capability in coordination with other related program elements.
