Defense Spectrum Organization

The Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO) under the Defense Information Systems Agency, aims to deliver electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) management capabilities to support worldwide military uses such as mobile phone networks, radios, navigation, and weapons.
