Trash Guard, Inc. was founded in June 2006 with the idea that the world's non-point stormwater pollution problem could be minimized with a simple straightforward product, the Trash Guard. We understand that local governments and municipalities are increasingly burdened by the federal government's mandate to manage stormwater but have no clear-cut EPA recommended solution. Our product can help local municipal stormwater managers abide by this EPA mandate. Guarding against water pollution is cheaper than cleaning polluted water. We have developed a patented catch-basin trash screen for municipalities to have trash free stormwater discharge. Trash Guards are simple to install, and with accessories available, can accommodate all retrofit situations, such as uneven and concave walls, rounded bottoms, and sump bottoms.
