GBTS has been providing services for 18 years. Our primary focus has been taxi service, special needs transportation and courier/delivery services. However, we have the experience, staffing, vehicles and equipment to take on any ground passenger transportation. All our vehicles are serviced inhouse with skilled mechanics. We also use a software program to ensure timely service of all vehicles to maintain the highest standards of safety. Our call center has multiple booking and dispatch capabilities, such as an online dispatch program, online booking app, mobile app, IVR and physical booking device. Additionally, companies we contract with, have the ability to dispatch their own trips, if desired, with our concierge booking app. All our vehicles are equipped with tablets, cameras, credit card machines, and GPS tracking devices. Timely transportation and the safety of our drivers and passengers are always our number one priority.
