An individual or his/her parents in the case of a public college under Title IV and Title II of the ADA. A student or his/her parents in the case of a state or local education agency under the EEOA. A student or his/her parent(s) in the case of education programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance under Title VI, Title IX, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. A student or his/her parent(s) in the case of public accommodations under Title III of the ADA.
